You should use this PCM wire:
LS1 1998 -------------- pin# 11 of the PCM's 80 pin red connector
LS1 99-02 ------------- pin# 30 of the PCM's 80 pin red connector

the VATS option in our software only allows the engine to start (for engine swaps). it doesn't affect the operation of any other part of the security system.
if the PCM is the cause of the engine not starting then disabling VATS in the PCM will help. Usually the engine will crank, fire for 2 seconds then die because of fuel cut.
If the engine won't even crank you have another issue not related to the PCM.
It would suck to buy HPTuners and not solve anything.sigpic

Brett that is the exact problem that I am now having. The PCM is hitting fuel cut-off because it is not receiving the 50Hz signal from the BCM and disabling VATS will cure this. I already have the starter relay grounded so that it will start, but it will only run for a second. Just as mentioned in that second statement.
Used to own a Firebird.
