Yes it was that easy, took me an hour to figure out how to install the program/drivers since I have 64bit vista, and maybe 5mins to calibrate the tune.Originally posted by nascarnate326 View PostSo just a matter of installing the program and turning Vats from on to off in HPTuners?

I think my IAC valve is broken...here's the symptoms: sometimes a hanging idle, usually ~1000-1200 after I get off the highway, after driving for a bit it will stick to 1k. When it doesn't stick, it holds idle at ~1k until I come to a stop, then idle comes back down. Sound like a bad IAC to you?
Got it idling stable at 760 today, sounded great.

mine used to do that all the freakin time, I just took it as the tune because since I've had phil tuning my car its not been a problem. I'd like to know what it is as well.Doing less with more

I would guess the TPS you should be able to test voltage with it and see, although I don't know how. I had issues with my TPS on my pos Fast TB forever so that probably was part of the issue.Doing less with more

I can see the signal from the TPS in HPT as a percentage, but maybe it's an output that has been calibrated wrong? It doesn't seem like the TPS though, because when I let off the pedal and press in the clutch it'll idle high until I come to a complete stop. Pointing more towards IAC.
