      • Looking good, are you going with a manual or auto trans?

Does anyone else have your motor/trans combo in a 4th gen?
Trying to find vids of how it could be...but cant find any.

            • I'm very curious to what kinda power this is going to have. Seems to me that LT1 cars a stroker doesn't really perform any better than a stock CI LT1. I know its an LS, but I'm wondering if it goes the other way as well.

                • Jeff, that right about what I'm expecting. Not looking for any 300+ miricles, just a little more giddy up and go. I'm really curious what the Cam and headwork next winter will put down?

I'm so close to putting this back together its killing me! PS paint is done, I'm going to see how the last coat of clear dried, ill get pictures.

                        • Im really trying to come up with something cool badge wise, but havent decided yet, "327 LSx" or something like that, or ill go the retro route.

With that torquey truck cam I doubt it will make much hp, but shouldnt have problem busting the tires loose. The torque curve is what I want to see.

And without further ado, paint pictures.......

Im REALLY happy with the way it turned out, the area around the fuel lines and the opposite side really isnt rusty, it just needs to be cleaned, so I didnt bother painting it, wont be seen much anyway. But you can see I got all the rust taken care of by the fuse boxes and the battery. Lots of prep really payed off.

                          How she currently sits....

Also, what can I wrap the wires I used to extend the o2's in?
