Those are actually hard to get now. They are out there but most SLP grille's available are the SS grille. I agree though, it would look sweet on this car with an orange or blue bowtie.

Amazing how a lot of these parts that used to be a dime a dozen are nowhere to be found nowadays.

Like ktl711 joked to me before...in 20 years people will be paying hefty prices for orange DeCarbons to restore their 4th gen...and we all cursed at them and threw them away long ago.

Bilsteins were optional original equipment. I'll still throw decarbons in the trash!

Joel, I honest-to-god had the same thought.

In truth, I would have kept mine...just because...but I had to cut the fronts apart, and said screw it. I gave the rears away to someone...I can't remember who. Kevin tpicked them up form me and delivered them.

Basically have all of the wheels ready for paint.

2 of them are sandblasted and 2 I just sanded down any imperfections. Jonny gave me a hard to pass up price on getting the wheels powdercoated but I think it's the smart thing to save money on when I can paint them.

Hopefully I'll have the wheels painted by Friday and the tires put on shortly after.

Forgot to post a pic yesterday. Got the other 2 tires.

Next question, flat clear or gloss for the wheels? I think flat will look better but gloss will clean up better.

If your painting the wheels the factory silver color i'm a fan of the gloss if there gonna be black or somthing dark then the flat would be cool but i'm a polish freek so i like some bling might not be what your going for
