Anything I should replace while I'm in there? Motor mounts? Any bushings?

Were in similar stages with our turbo build...kind of. I have my engine on a stand stripped of all accessories and intake and such and the trans is sitting next to the passenger door. Anyways I am taking this as a chance to replace everything that gets regular wear. Motor mounts are a must though. It's going to be so much easier replacing and accessing these items. Than having the car completely together. I'd also reverse the bolts for the steering rack since your switching to a turbo K-member.

I would, but then again I'm OCD. [emoji12]Originally posted by mcalus View PostAnything I should replace while I'm in there? Motor mounts? Any bushings?
No way to know if they're actually needed without inspecting them. Check what you can now, then order 1 of everything that you aren't 100% sure is good so that you have it on hand during the job and don't have any downtime waiting on parts. Return everything you don't end up needing after the job is done.
