Tim admitted that my gearing could contribute to the tightness off the line.

We talked about the pro's and con's of changing the gearing to 3.50, which would load the converter harder and flash it higher. We both decided that it'd still be inefficient on the big end - and decided that we'd start with the converter.

awesome I am confident they will do what it take to make it right, sometimes its just not so easy to nail it on the 1st try.

Talked to Tim @ PTC this morning.

He want's it back - they are going to change the fin angle to 0 to drop the slip and put a 21 blade ported stator in it to get this sob out of the hole

they usually want slip at like max rpm or at the stripe but it does sound rather loose when the spray comes on

The 2 logs I saved:

3377 @ 1mph 100 shot
4037 @ 3mph motor

TCC Slip was calculated - forgot you could log it - I'll take it for a spin to take and log it and see where it is.

highly doubt it will go 1.3s. Did you log it? whats the rpm at like 1mph?
How did you check slip , did you watch TCC slip at the finish line

Scales never open at the track - it's a fat biotch

No monies for radials - until I'm sure that I'll have a job after January

Mike - radials will come once the slicks are toast.

Doubt I have any mph left - It's almost on the limiter thru the traps. Might have to go 3.70's or 3.89's :x

60' is my biggest concern - I tried leaving off idle, 1500, 2000, 2500. 2500ish was the best 60'

But it took a shit ton of time to get the m6 to leave - so I'm not expecting 1.3's just to happen.

We'll see what PTC says

60' needs work. Get it to hook on the spray and there is no reason it shouldn't go 1.3x, Jeffs car went 1.45 with 440hp and 3650lbs! Find a few MPH, go 1.3x, and get that 9 second slip!

O and switch to a 275/60/15 Pro radial and don't look back!

oh and JoeliusZ28 - my ecoboost got 17mpg pulling my car to and from the track. The route I take is hilly and the cruise was set @ 58mph.
