Surely your car could take a 100-150 shot - the trans might not last forever but I do have window switch that help it out

Progress - I think I have everything where I want it. I need to run the main feed for the N20 then start wiring.

damn it's been a month since an update....

11" Monster race disc is in
PST 3.5 aluminum shaft with billet yokes is in - strange cm shaft didn't ever seem to be balanced right
Nitrous is just about wired up - just need to run a couple more wires and figure out the window switch
Motive 4.10's are in a box - want to break the clutch in before putting new gears in it. I don't know how much the clutch is going to chatter :x
Pro 5.0 is installed - and it shifts nice
Exhaust - I put it back together with a crappy merge, might come back off. If so I'll install my stepped edlebrock headers. I'd like duals but there isn't room with the tunnel mount torque arm.

3-4" Flowmaster merge with a 4" cutout would work great with you set up. It can be made to fit around a tunnel mount torque arm also!

4" is a no go - 3.5 will fit. I'd have to get a different torque arm mount from MWC to fit 4" and that's another $200. Anything has to be better than 2 3" pipes coming to more of a "t" than a "y"

Agreed. Would clean up the exhaust note a lot also.

I've seen 4" through the UMI tunnel mount and didn't think they got much tighter than that!

Yeah the MWC mount is tighter.....I stuck a piece of 3.5" up in there and it was extremely tight around it.

                    Look at that vband bling!

I made the exact same thing on my car. Except I have a bullet dumped under my back seat.

Knowing how tight of a fit that UMI piece is and how much of a pain it was to get my merge to fit, Id hate to see the MWC!

Son of a *itch - the local place that was filling bottles doesn't anymore.......that means I need to drive to greenville or midland, both an hour away.

Should have just put a turbo on it.....

Does the "Y" merge improve the tone of the exhaust compared to it being a "T" ?

For example this being the "T"

                              And this being the "Y"
