My guess would be something to do with the traction control. I've never seen that bracket before and I don't have TCS.

Dont know of any nate but if i had to take a stab at it youll probably need to get a set of throttle cables from a non-tc car.... Thats probably the worst of it.

PCM will be here tomorrow, O2 extension will be here tuesday. Not sure if I should start it up tomorrow night or just wait until Tuesday.

Had a minor issue with the coolant cross over, I forgot the washer ad it was leaking form the back of the head. Got that taken care of. Other then that its ready to go.

I think it is supposed to protect the throttle cable from the extemely unlikely event that some shit gets lodged in there and pulls the throttle open. Thats the best explanation of its existence i can think of, because its pretty much useless.

I bet! I was stoked to get mine running, especially after the 4 years it sat. It's just a piece of mind too knowing nothing "should" go wrong anytime soon. If it does break, it's cause it was too weak for the powa!
