Make them yourself of you can buy Blackbird Lighting Solutions. Expensive!!!!!!

True Projectors look stupid to me in a Fbody.
They look stupid because its a square housing with just a round projector slapped in the center.
    Here is the BLS.

Late 4th gen looks much much better.

Here are some 4x6 Halos. They run a standard H4 bulb.

        • Told you. Are you still sealed beam?

I got my car with the conversion done. I can change light bulbs unlike the stock you have to change the glass and everything.

You like doing this sort of thing. Here is true projectors.

            • Tonight I got the Dakota digital box all wired up. There is a nice little cubby it can go into too! I still need a 10k ohm resistor, of course I had every other resistor made but that's the way it goes right?

Also got the alternator bolt up. Couldn't get the belt back on by myself so that'll have to wait :/
              Engine bay is filthy!

              • Whoa whoa wait. You can't get a belt on by yourself? What kind of mechanic are you?

Put the belt in from the top, put it on the alternator, get the routing right. Get under the car, 14mm box end on the tensioner, slip the belt over the crankshaft. Adjust belt as needed to fit correctly.

Relax homie. Let me reword it, I couldnt get it from the top. I need to put it on all pullys then slide it over the tensioner. The new tensioner and belt are both new, there isn't much play room. not enough room in garage to get under itwith the door closed. And it was snowing balls out.

                  • I'm not your homie, buddy

Well try routing it all then putting it on the crank last.
Snow smow flow. I remember back in my day working on cars in 2ft of snow with the wind blowing vertical and walking to the parts store 20 miles up hill both ways.

Remove the AC and powersteering and low mount the alternator.

Took Nicks advice. Bought some hid's. Nick sold me on the 4500k's. I got just lows, if I like them enough I'll do the high beams too.

I got the 10k ohm resistor I needed for the Dakota box. I'll get that wrapped up today.

                          • Interested to see how they work. I bought some really nice basically brand new OEM lights for bank$$$ and they still suck. Once this things back together I want to go over the lighting of the car again.
