As someone who's done that before, I'd leave that until you've exhausted every other possibility. What a pain in the ass.

Just take some wires and run them to wiper then when you want wiper get a gerbil to run on a wheel and create an electric current, then use the tesla coil.
If you can clean the connections would probably be a good place to start.Originally posted by Yoshi94Mines about an inch bigger than Kyles. I need to get one of thosesigpicOriginally posted by ryanwarby01Put it this way, if you have a money tree a LT1 is a wood chipper!

It could be the stalk but I have had a stalk go out before and it usually effects more than one function (not the case).
How difficult is it to get to the wiper motor? I would assume I'd have to pull the wiper arms and cowl plastics?2002 Z28 Camaro A4

I'm willing to bet money its the circuit board on the wiper motor. It happened to my old truck. Randomly it wouldnt work and it was always at the worst times. sometimes i could get it going by pulling on the wiper and turning the stalk at the same time. I had to change the entire motor/control board out (one unit) and it worked perfectly after that. I've heard you can also re-solder the connections if youre skilled with that kind of thing.-Joel

I'll pull the motor and see if I notice anything. it's worth a shot at $67! I still can't get the wiper arms off. I think I'll need to pull the hood off. So I can get a puller on the arms.
I ordered a new alternator, should of picked it up yesterday so I could install it today
Edit: these use to be $15! WTF?

Has anyone modified a set of hid's for these lights? Is it even possible?
Still in a debate over the seats. Argh.... My options are get the stock charcoal leather seats, some bolster wear for $200. Get seans stock seats (same color as mine) mint condition $200. Or spend the coin $300+ on some summit, 6le or ebays.
I can't wait to rub this car out. It really isn't bad but it's going to pop when it's all done. I'm going to spray my passenger door jamb and my hatch jamb before I do so though.
A buddy at work is pretty set on buying it this summer from me FOR my asking price. that's going to be a tough decision if it actually goes through. I know I know I put all this time and money in it but it's not the last fbody on the face of the earth. Besides, I'll be lucky to get as much as I want any other time.
I just cant wait to drive this thing. I think the biggest thing that came surprise was the interior swap and the gauge swap. Definately didn't have that planned.
Anyways, just vacuumed the car out so I thought I'd write my thoughts lol

Careful with those HIDs. You will glare oncoming traffic big time, look into some shields.

HIDs in stock housings blind drivers as there is no cut off for the beam.
Basically its a bright flood light.
HIDs are designed to be used in projectors which cut the beam off flat.

Thats a cutoff line.
Factory halogen housings will not do that.
