I have no idea, depends on the dyno, and having an non-lockup converter will not help a dyno number.

600rwhp threw a 9" and a non lock up TH400 will easily put a car into the 9's

Nope but I will be talking to you once I get to that part

I still have to get engine back in and 80e rebuilt and back in so I have a lil time yet. Goal is to have it roll out of the garage this spring on its own power
