My '00 Stock (Lid, !AIR, !EGR) M6 put down 312 rwhp last year.

Henry says a lot of things.. I would bet that one or more of your bushings its bad throwing the geometry off on the A-arm making it clunk and squeal and make the shock seem like its not even there..

If you had a car with a short wheelbase scraping would be a thing of the past. Only scraped in the Jetta once and it was much lower than that. However, that one scrape was the transmission bellhousing. [emoji15]

Finished up getting the flaws out of the spoiler. Just need to block it and spray it.

What valve springs are recommended? Also will be okay with the trunion rockers? (I'm unfamiliar with the trunion kit, I have only heard about it)

I'd assume it would be a good idea to get hardened pushrods as well ?

I have been seeing 317 heads for around 200, does that seem okay? Anything I should look for when getting some?

I'm borderline of: do a cam swap and a set of 317 heads or do it down the road.
