Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Yeah. I will be using stock brackets probably. Thinking about just ordering a seat off ebay for 149ish bucks next week and installing them. I really don't want to have to buy the two seats when I only need one. I dunno. I got time to think about it so...
I'd consider my car a half daily. Only put like 3000-4500 miles on this year because I hardly drive during the summer [emoji38] I honestly think I could get away with the synthetic. I just don't know if I should drop the 570 on actual leather. These decisions are too hard for a college student!
Really? I thought I read synthetic doesn't last as long [emoji52]
Probably just read it wrong.. ok well synthetic seats with blue stitching will be ordered soon! Most likely only putting one seat in the car. Maybe the other one will be turned into an office chair [emoji38]
I might as well be Brent V3.0 with all this money I'm spending!
I'm going to dye it over the weekend. I will be ordering a new one however. This one will just be for driving and tracking. New one will be for shows. All I need is some nice leather door panels and seats, headliner, and carpet. Headliner is worn around the glass for the ttops from the Florida sun.
That's what boot I have. I'm not going to cut or fold it. Just won't work due to how short of have the stick and I still plan on shortening it more.
I really like this shifter. Throws are short. However, some people say that they are tight and notchy. Mine isn't really light and notchy, it is buttery smooth. I had to cut the hell out of the lower rubber boot to get it to slide over. All I hear is road noise. Plan on fixing that this weekend with the help of some insulation.
I had a hurst knob for a long time it never deteriorated like that. Someone must have been washing their hands with clorox before driving or something.
