Rainbow Brite (my Neon) will do 13.3X to 13.6X 1/4's according to my GPS app, wonder what it would do on a prepped surface and if I didn't have a branch sticking out of the intercooler

My start was terrible. I have a vid of my third run. Its embarrassing how shit my start is. I'm blaming it on fatigue. I can drive a lot better than I did so. Going to have the spare tire removed for next time and probably the rear seats. Plus having the LCAs and relos in, it'll run better (I hope)

Not bad for a rookie though! My cousin thought I'd run 15s. I showed him! Albeit .2 seconds [emoji38]

Im working on my launch. I taught myself how to drive ye old manual. I'm still learning it.

I really dislike the factory overlay for the gauges. Wish the Tach didn't start going into the red at 5k when the limited is 5800 or so.. should've made that spot orange of something [emoji14]

Only took me four months to finally finish. Most of the Tac and temp/oil gauge never lit up because I got lazy and never finished installing the LEDs correctly. Also did the light on the door in blue. Blue is my favorite color if you couldn't tell.

Need some help..

I have a night class this semester and I don't have the greatest night vision. LT1 lights are not the greatest either. Anybody got some advice on my dinosaur headlights? I'm thinking about converting my fogs to HIDs or maybe buying the Hawks hid headlight conversion for $130. Also there is eurolamps buuuut..

Advice is appreciated!

Brett retrofitted his T/As headlights, which I'd have to imagine have a similar size area to play with. I can only imagine that HIDs in that kind of reflector housing will be a disaster lighting wise

Yeah, everybody says HIDs in the stock headlight housing is a no no, but I guess the fogs are fine. Fogs are 880s. Gonna do some searching on them.

The headlights on our enclave make my headlights look like a oil lamp.

You'll just be running halogens, right? You can throw some silverstars in there and along with the new (better) reflector, you should be good to go.

I have no idea if I want to spend roughly $140 on the lows. I think they will look kinda crappy with a smaller size one and the big crappy stock high beams. I'm too tired for these decisions

I'm going to buy the FF75 lights. I may take my best shot at making something to make it look pretty. I'm going to order them tomorrow after I go to the baaaank.

I forgot if I said what my plan was and I don't want to go back lol.

I'm going to use the stock wiring for these. I've been doing a lot of reading on where people are retrofitting any kind of projector on these cars. Most tend to do it where the high beams are. What I think I should do is put these in place of the high beams and just swap the plugs. Such that the lows are still on the outside, but are controlled by the high beams switch. Or is this a bad idea? I did it before when I had angel eyes in with no real problems. Opinions?
