        • Ok so luckily I'm un-grounded starting tomorrow

Ran into a little snag though. Looking over my parts list I forgot about the throttle cable differences. Any one happen to have an extra one laying around? The TBI one is to short.

Maybe there is a way to modify it?

              • Ok thank you guys. I had seen the ones lokar offers, they seem to be the only company that sells them. I will definitely send brandon an email.

                • Lokar makes good stuff. I had thier throttle cable on my LT1. Never had a problem and looked fantastic.

                  • Little update...

You wouldn't think that taking out 7 bell housing bolts would be difficult, but man those suckers are on tight. Disconnected the exhaust at the y-pipe and everything else is undone. All that is left is the motor mounts and the need for 30+ degrees!

                    • Another update, promise I will have pictures soon. Nothing has been "worth it" so far.

                      A. Pulling engine in the morning. Just need to push it outside and hook it up to the cherry picker.
                      B. Went outside to check the 91' and saw my MINT dashpad is now cracked. Damn Michigan weather. It's a very fine crack, would some black apoxy be sufficient to stop the spread?

                        • Look at that beautiful L03! A modern marvel of Gen. 1 SBC engineering. Thin wall castings, high nickel walls, swirl port heads, roller cam, EFI, electronic ignition...pure motoring bliss!

I think you should paint that up and put it in the corner, on display for all to admire.

                          • I'm toying with the idea of turning it into a coffee table for my room lol. Take out the pistons, weld them to the block, buy some plexiglass. Sounds like a good idea.
