Thought your breaks made a little noise. Glad we weren't tuning ;P

I blame the beer and win8 phone for brakes...

Not much to report - got the bfg dr's I bought from Levi mounted to replace the scary bald nittos.

My local tire shop manager wanted a ride - and he was impressed.

Working on the idle tune, installed the a/c belt and started changing the front brakes. I'm waiting on a hardware kit for the front disc brakes which will be in tomorrow.

Powerstop stuff is junk. Pads are trashed and the rotors are cracked.

Got about 50 miles on it.

Getting better at shifting it. 85% no clunk.

Clutch seems to grab pretty damn good - stupid smooth. Can believe I put up with chatter this long.

I've take people for rides and they didn't have a clue that it was faceplated. Harlan had a proshifted t56 and he rode in it and didn't know until he tried to dyno it lol

Double clutch on the street. And don't pop it out of gear whe coming to a stop. Stop, then shift to first. If you take it out of gear while coasting goto 5th to stop the gear set then 1st

Took it for it's first ride tonight. Need to wash it - put the a/c belt on and find the squeak - then fill it with gas and break the clutch in.

The face plates bang pretty good - it'll take some time to figure out how to drive it smoother.

I know...I thought something was wrong at first and I was a bit nervous to put any power to it. Rumor has it that the RXT uses a pressure plate from a Honda V6

<- idiot had the 2 clutch switches wired wrong.

    Now it's fixed.

    Made some progress today.

Exhaust is on, driveshaft in, clutch bled, trans filled with 50wt, tune flashed back to m6......

Car starts but some how I wired the clutch switch backwards, so I'll fix that tomorrow and put the interior back together.

Still to do later after everything checks out:
    Replace front brakes
rewire all the extras to clean everything up, wb02, n20, line lock, etc.

Edit: clutch pedal is stupid light.....

Trans is in. Had to take the exhaust off - not enough muscle to install it solo with the exhaust on.
