put the 4.56's back in it - totally different car on the street.
That should eliminate my bog issue

The thing a similar issue before when I added power (heads and cam).
Thought is was the ET streets so I went 4.56 gear 28x10.5 ET Drag stiff walls and wouldn't leave until I correct the suspension geometry. Then it was 1.5's from a 6500rpm dump.
I'm going to play with it more - I'm not going to rule out the tires, or shocks right now. I moved the torque arm up one hole from bottom and it doesn't keep the weight picked up and transferred as long but it didn't make any difference.
As I think more about it it might be the tires - they won't recover from a spin as quick as they should........

Yup! 4 year old tires , those things are toast. .. Some fresh et drags and half way decent prep that car will get it.

Made small gains on the 60ft today.
Went consistent low 1.7's
- Hooked and bogged. This was doing a 1/2 throttle dump on the 2 step and then going wot. Made 2 passes on the bottle and decided not to waste my time.
Clutch dump @ WOT on the 2 step = spin no matter what I do with the suspension and tires.
Learning that this thing likes to be quick slipped and that will take some more practice.
I'm sure my 4 year old tires aren't helping. Need to pull the rear shocks and see if rebound adjustments are working, compression is.
Tempted to say screw the N20 and put 4.56's back in the ***** and go from there, no more bog
Overall the car is a tenth slower than it's best with 4.11's with a 2 tenth worse 60ft, and 3 tenths of it's best N/A with 4.56.

Don't know the weight Larry - it's been .60 @ 131 with a 1.5x
It'll get there again.

Found traction finally.
Had to put the lowers in the bottom hole.
Still needs fine tuning with tire pressure - as the car bogged hard @ 5500rpm.
Rather then mess with it more I just put more power to it. Trapped 118-119mph N/A and 128mph 100 shot. Then I hit it with 150 and it went 130-131mph
Trying to find the right launch rpm and technique for the bottle - I'll get it figured out eventually. Car tickled the high 10's with laughable 1.7x 60' - pulling 30mph in the back half.
Better air more seat time it'll get there.
And it wouldn't hurt for the crew at the motorplex to spray some damn VHT - not once did they attempt to prep the track. All the racers testing for this weekends race were even complaining about the prep.

lower at axle than body....
At a certain point that doesnt work anymore though. Like 1200hp or so then level or maybe even less
