I believe the control arms should run downhill toward the rear roughly 2* shouldn't they?

Rear suspension doesn't bind.
Lower control arms are running 2* uphill to the the rearend at ride height with the 28" tires on.
Started tearing it down to fix it and I had a bent wheel stud. So it took some time to remove and replace that.
Going to move the control arms down a hole and see what that gets me. If it spins then - I'll move them back to the stock hole, 1 up from where they are now.

Stiff wall helps
I've got some things to try. Now just have to wait for the track to be open again

geez.. i could never go below 14 or my tires would be all waded up . dang heavy car

10-12 psi. I start at 12 psi normally and drop to 10 if it doesn't hook.
Rebound can go up 12 more clicks.
Ugh - car will be a dog if I can't leave over 5500rpm.

probably less anti. how much tire pressure. you can control it a little with more pressure but that depends how it hooks. can you add more extension(rebound) or is it maxed?
ultimately i had to lower my launch rpm due to the mass. like 2000 rpm

Nope it's steel. But yes the mass could be the difference. I thought they were close and I'm to lazy to look it up.Originally posted by 1BADAIR View PostThe weight of duals...
is it the light flywheel?
Do you agree I need more compression on the shocks or should I move the lowers for more/less anti squat?

never would have guessed mid michigan prep was just marginal.. lolOriginally posted by Nocooler View PostThanks Jeff - It'll get there.
1st time out with a new combo is always rough - prep was marginal at best too.
Shock adjustments should get me there - but it might take some lower control arm relocation. Next time I'll be more motivated to make it hook.
good luck jeremy. hopefully you can get it dialed in quickly!

I would feel confident saying Jeremy is pretty knowledgable on his suspension adjustments, I would take advice from him for sure I am still learning myself.
