I've got about 150 miles on the RXT and so far I am very impressed....I can't wait to lay into it. The thing is easier to drive than my LS7 clutch and I'm still in the break-in period. It seems I need to touch up my tune at idle now because it has quite a bit less MOI than the LS7 but other than that it's been great.

What does your car weigh now?
Good news - I'm still waiting on mine - shipped yesterday. Still need the trans back.

Never had it on the scales Dave.

Well sell me the n20 board if you do. You're gonna spray 4.30s? Where do ya plan on spinning it to and a 28" tire I'm assuming?

    Stuff done so far:
4L80 removed/sold and most parts gone
Swapped back over to the M6 pedals - what a *****.
Changed back to the t56 yoke
    Installed tick master

    Stuff ordered
    McLeod RXT/Billet Flywheel
    GM slave and pilot
rotors and hawk hps pad for the front - need to inspect the rears
Hurst pistol grip shifter with button - no more hand sliding off the ball
1-7/8" Speed Eng headers too cheap to pass up.

    Things to do:
    Center bellhousing
Install Clutch/Trans/drive shaft - bleed hydraulics
Rewire Nitrous and the rest of the accessories - after owning the car for 7 years and adding stuff it's a mess. Have leash's n2o board that should clean it up significantly.
Install new headers - when the show up. Debating on wrapping them
Build new y-pipe with flowmaster merge - mid-pipe has the aluminizing burnt off it after the merge, so I need more flow.

    Things I'm considering.
    Diet for the car
New front shocks - QA1 Gen F's on the car bounce when loose and don't transfer when tight
    Trunion kit for the rockers
4.30 gears - get it out of the hole better -but have enough rpm to make it through the traps
Cam - flycut and mill the heads

What I really want to do:
Say **** it, sell top half of engine, n2o and call Jonny and boost this *****.

So if someone wants a proven heads/cam/intake setup and a nice n2o kit let me know

Mine needs an input bearing at minimum. I'll call them and see.

Kyle - I'm planning on calling liberty next week if I get a chance. Idea is faceplate & mcloed rxt/billet flywheel. Monster want's me to run the stage 2 billet twin or the new LT1 style twin.

I'm sure liberty will be a few weeks behind - and I'm not in a hurry at this point.

Look up ebc pads. Rock auto has raybestos drilled rotors, haven't used them but I might give them a try

So what is everyone using for front rotors and pads?

My brakemotive stuff is done. Maybe 1500 miles and the rotors are warped and cracked from hole to hole in places.

Need a pad that has minimal dust and will bring this heavy ***** down from 130+ in a hurry. No funds for drag brakes right now
