may wanna tape off your door springs n such. id think the paint would gum them up but i dont know for sure

I probably will, this is just as far as we got last night. The car still needs to be rolled out of the garage a few times so I left the window open and didnt go any farther then what you see. Still so very very close.

It would chip off. I'd mask off behind the door anyway, or pull it off and paint the jams first.

Doors are staying on, the car is already dissembled more then I ever wanted my car to be. The door jams in the car still look really nice and are not really my concern right now, maybe those will get painted next time when the engine comes out and the bay gets painted. One step at a time, and right now I am already on the verge of not making my June 1st deadline, so this is the way its going to be.

Stripes are being made as I type this! Thinking about having two sets made up and maybe changing the color up a little bit, however deep down I already know I am going to want the red on there.

I'll have to look at who makes them, they are not GM stamped that is the only way I know they are not OEM but I dont remember if there was any other markings on them, I bought them off of CL, the guy must not have known what he had or something because I got them cheap. I will look again on the back of them if your still interested. They fit great, no one will be able to tell they arent OEM, they are not flimzy or thin like a lot of the other aftermarket ones.

dang wish I would have known that, expect Shermans are like $190 a piece and I didnt pay any where near that for 2 fenders.

they were....until 7 weeks ago they went with a different manufactuer and guess who the new manufactuer is ?






King Cobra !! thats why my fender was on back or for so long...f'n came from korea...go f'n figure, at least when Goodmark was sold, an American company (LKQ) bought them and also keep the Goodmark name too
