TBI or carb? There should be three lines coming up the driver side frame rail - feed, return, and vent. I'd run a line away from the exhaust and then top it with a small vent filter.
      Its TBI at the moment

      • Cap it and run a vented gas cap probably safer that way

I need to get rid of my retarded locking gas cap anyhow, this would be a good reason to buy a new one.

not really the whole car has not been primed yet, just the hood and most of that has actually been blocked off by now. Still have some work to do on both rear quarters, the doors are done (as good as they are going to get) ready to be primed and the hood is done as well. I still need to figure out how to tackle the front nose and rear bumper cover, looking up good body threads on TGO for pointers and tips. With tax season coming up I am hoping to buy the primer, sealer and paint soon and figure out this painting mess.

                • use light pressure when sanding on the bumper covers, other wise your gonna keep chasing "low" spots
best to work on those when they are mounted on the car, then you can pull them back off to prime and / or paint.

are you shaving anything on the covers ?

what do you mean shaving anything on the covers? If your talking the camaro symbol or anything like that then no I plan on keeping it stock appearing. I am on the search for new exterior lights or something different in those areas. Also a 25th Anniversary badge for the rear decklid but thats supper expensive if you can find one.

yes a filter on one of the ends or a vented gas cap will fix that issue. I am more so doing it to clean the engine bay up and make room.
