        Yes the Strainer is replaceable by its self. And can be purchased seperately.

        NO you don't have to take out the rearend. I've had my tank out 3 or 4 different times, once just month ago and I've never dropped the rearend or even unbolted the shocks. You do however have to remove the exhaust, Panhard bar, brace and heat shields.

          yep u do not have to pull the rearend... it can be easier but its a lot more work

            A lot of peope do it cause it frees up horse power, they claim. I dont think that it frees up a noticible difference, and if you take it off, when you let off the gas it will pop and crackle and just generally sound like shit.

                Well, I don't know what the problem is. It hasn't done it all week though. We'll just file it under "mysteries never to be explained." Whatev. I'll just wait until somthing breaks, then take action.

                  I'd say put a V8 in there, and cut out the cat. That should solve a few problems.

                    Sounds like ya'all have had fun with this..... I would check... Air filter, air/fuel ratio, fuel pressure regulator, and head gaskets.

                              Ya, this puzzel was a PITA!
                              Robin figured some out on her own and I helped with the rest and with teaching.
