      • Travis, do you have any input on this?

My patience is dwindling quickly, the complete delco sender is looking more and more tempting.

Right, that's what I was saying...was it the sender that needed to be messed with to get just the pump to fit? The Racetronix kit has whatever changes necessary already done.

            • So basically, the pump by itself isnt going to just bolt in without this racetronix kit....

              • Well, you can modify it yourself, I believe (the sender and bucket, I think?) - Racetronix just does it for you, so you buy the whole kit and it bolts right in.

                      • Joel will the pump out of my 83 work or is it different? If it will work I can pull it for you this weekend and I will make you a good deal on it if your interested. I am not sure of the fitment though. It is a walbro 255lph.

It should bolt right in?...only thing you need to do is fasten the bucket back together. When i replaced mine I dont remember there being extra steps to it.

ZZP order is cancelled, darko should have a used stocker for me on monday.
