        • I think I have those exact ones sitting in my garage that I wanted to use for my 98, somehow someway moister got inside even after I sealed everything correctly... So just ended up night shading and sanding my stockers

I sure hope these don't get moisture in them. Getting the headlights in and out is a SOB.

Why not hair dryer yours and seal them again?

              • Start looking for a vacuum leak. I bet thats where your idle surge comes from.

On a side note this is how I had my catch can routed

Don't say that. Seal them again and get them installed!

Thanks for the pic, looks like mine is installed wrong. Would it be OK to repair a PCV line or just replace it?

You could repair it but for the $3.00 at the auto parts store it would cost for some new hose I don't see why you would bother.

So its just a regular hose?

The 1998 PCV line on ebay is over 100 bucks, so $3 would be great to fix this problem.

As long as your valve is still intact its just standard hose.

                          • Received my headers today. They look great. Speed Engineering, full 1 3/4 primaries. Will have more goodies showing up later this week.

                            • Are you running a catch can? If so which one? I keep procrastinating, need to get one.

                              • A local friend of mine ordered a set of those headers. They look to be nicely done. Not a bad price for stainless also.
