Which cam did you end up going with on this build?

i know how that goes. stephen, who bought my camaro is picking up a huron speed kit today. here are the specs on the cam thunder racing "trak" cam 640/590L 234/231D 111lsa

I'm getting the u1301 code. And my system isn't charging fully. Any common issues with these cars?

Fixed it. The wire ripped out of the plug on the alternator. Good to go now I have a loose ground somewhere

Thanks Mike. Was just told the car is speed density tuned. I'm wondering if that's why it stalls at idle now? The intake is different then what was on it. Not sure if the map sensor was different. I had to get a 2 bar map sensor for my sd tune last time. Any ideas?

What intake was on it? and what did you put on it?

S/D tuning is pretty sensitive to changes.

I'd get it retuned - so you know it's right. Without boost the stock map will be fine.

It had an ls6 intake and ported tb. I put on Livernois stage 2 heads, and stock intake

I want to get an ls6 intake soon. Should I get that before tune? It runs and drives good besides when I let off the gas. Sometimes it idles great and sometimes it wants to die.
