This one will be for sale. Took it as a trade. I'll drain oil and cut open filter. I'll get a picture of the box

IMAG0174.jpgIMAG0175.jpg thats the air box thing. a k&n filter sits on top, and looks like stock lid above it.Last edited by Gaspo; April 30th, 2012, 10:45 PM.98 z28, m6, monster clutch, eibach pro kit, custom twin turbo setup, 317 heads, z06 valve springs, arp rod bolts, 512rwhp at 10lbs. cobra eater

thats actually a SLP ram air setup but very similar to the FTRA, the seal will certaintly help you can probably go to a hardware store and buy some thick foam and tape in in there. I used to have the same one and they work well but I went bigger.Doing less with more

so havent posted on here lately.. i think i'm going a new direction with the car. heads/cam is fun and all.. but i miss turbo WAYYY too much. i'm pushing around 430-440rwhp on this setup. i'm going to run it at the track once or twice, then pulling the motor. really leaning towards a 6.0 and turbo. should i keep these heads for a turbo build? or do i not need ported heads for a boosted setup? i wonder if anyone would trade my somewhat built ls1 for a built 6.0?98 z28, m6, monster clutch, eibach pro kit, custom twin turbo setup, 317 heads, z06 valve springs, arp rod bolts, 512rwhp at 10lbs. cobra eater
