  • Polished would work fine , they aren't going to remain the same finish anyways. Current ones I have are white, plasti dipped black (use for strip). Want to have an actual set of ZR1's to have you or Jon coat them in a gunmetal ..well thats my plants at least.

    • These ones here are to mint to change the finish. But I have a lead on 4 polished ones I believe they are replica's for a decent price... I wanted to see what the polished ones looked like on my car as well, if I can get them for the right price I will probably pick them up. If I pass I could forward you on to the seller if you would like.

I don't know... Stock RS wheels, 16 inch chrome irocs, 18 inch C5 wheels, 17 inch fitti's and now he ZR1's... But I'm still looking for irocs or still thinking about buying the 18's.

Small victories, this was a bigger PITA then it should have been.

                • The throttle cable, stock cable like I wanted to use wouldn't work. Had to buy universal and make one.

Yeah that is the plan, figure if I can tackle at least one thing every couple of days (cant work on it everyday) then it should be done. I have a goal, dont really want to post it (because you all will hold me accountable and I will probably miss it). The only two BIG items that I can think off (unless I am missing something) is getting the motor dialed in (it does run, or think it still does, lol) and paint/body work. Which is going to suck and I keep putting that off...

You ever around town at all anymore? If you are stop by and see the progress. I will be very disappointed if this car isnt drivable this year but Jon is really helping me out recently to try to get it done. Jon has been busting his butt as much as I have recently. Hoping its on all 4's here soon, and then I can get the motor running and then be reintroduced to a big pile of sand paper again...
