My car is in my original wheels, but it won't be driven on them. If you really know someone selling irocs put me in touch. Even tell him I'll buy them ASAP, cash on hand for them now.

I kinda decided on Irocs if this company I found confirms that they have 17's in stock if not then I might buy the chrome Zr1's I have a deal worked out on.
Hey that deal is with me I think . I'm Brandon I didn't even think to put any thought into "hey he might be on one of the forums".

Irocs would be awesome and I don't think you should shy away from 18" Irocs if you can get them.

                • I fail, I didnt take any good enough pictures to post but yesterday was quite the productive day.

I started and almost completed my front LS1 brake swap just waiting on getting the right brackets.. bri2203 have you heard anything? Alum Driveshaft is in, steering shaft is finally in, brake lines ran and done up front, rear brakes are almost complete now that Jon and I figured out the E-Brake issue, front plastics are in, radiator, fans are done, new Founders Performance strut mounts are in and the new STB has been mocked up...

Still on the list, is to get it running right, still seems to be a problem with valve lash or adjusting the rockers (over my head stuff) need to Get Jon bigjon88, Jon, Brian, Curt Curt_irocz, Nash someone or everyone over!

@NullHead , what have you been up to man? Ready to come hang out in the garage and share your knowledge again? Also hows the TPI stuff coming along, drop it off when you come!

                  • Oh I just been bustin' hump working too many hours and not getting paid enough for it

As far as the TPI, SFC, floor boards, rear swap, carpet swap, 383 build - nada. I have't touched it all winter ... First thing's first, I freed up some room in the shop to get some work done, and so far the only thing I've ended up doing out there is help my buddy weld up some pieces to make a little oil burner heater for his shop. Other than that, my little torpedo heater doesn't really do anything out there other than stink up the joint and blow dollar bills into the air ... So once I find it fit that I sort through all my TPI stuff and take off all the bolts and bracketry I'll load it up into a box. But for now there's little pieces of hoses and clamps on there still, some sensors still screwed in some parts, etc. Right now, honestly I'm saving to see if I can't afford myself a new truck sometime soon here. The way I figure, is the car runs. Runs damn good. Why mess with it ... for now. What I really want to do, is put that 383 in there and spruce up the car and pretty much not touch it after. A ported/polished TPI or other fuel injected intake on an oldschool 383 stroker motor sounds just like what I wanted to do with the car int he first place, and pretty much call it "done". Then I'd love to pick up another thirdgen and LS swap and, well you know, race car shit.

TLDR, working too much, lazy, gotta sort out TPI stuff then it's all yours! When you wanna do this? I'll bring some cold ones

                    • Jon you gotta come by. What night you wanna come hang out. We have heat so it's comfortable in the garage...

Also look what fell into my lap!

Mint OEM zr1 wheels with bf Goodrich G force tires 275 40 all around .... Couldn't pass them up for the price.

Also figured out my ls1 brakes

Adapters, I already have two. Not sure I will even keep them long enough to put them on the road...

working on it, still have a long list to go. But its going to get done here soon. Might not look the best (paint didnt live up that well) but I will be repainting it piece by piece. Actually have a green fender on right now, deciding which fenders to use and not to use.

Want some polished ones? I might be buying another set here soon... But these things are MINT and I think the silver looks good on the white. I might keep them I might not,
