Looking good Allan! And stick with street tires while on the 10 bolt. NEVER had a problem with mine surviving my power levels thanks to that.

I'm thinking I'll try using my 225 snow tires first time at Milan since they hooked so ridiculously last time. If they don't cut it I'll switch to the 10.5" ET Streets

I definitely agree! Ken has been really awesome to work with. I cannot WAIT for this to be done, I'm beyond excited.

We added some more "insurance" items to the project:

          C-5 R timing chain
High volume high pressure oil pump
          ARP Rod bolts

Ken is shooting to have this thing done by friday but if I have to go get it saturday I won't be dissapointed Most important thing is having it done right and if Ken needs time for that then I'm okay with that. My hopes are up high though to be thumpin that MS4 cam around woodward this weekend

Very good move on the timing chain and rod bolts with that cam. That was the only thing I was thinking when I saw the cam choice was hope those rod bolts hold up. Now you can spin it to 7k without worry

Damn Ken I'm sorry to hear that about your son; my prayers go out to him, you, and your family. Fortunately this project should be out of your way very soon though!

Since I'm new here I'm just checking out this thread and it looks great. Sorry to hear about your son, don't know the details, but I know how it feels. My daughter is a veteran of Motts Childrens Hospital.

My thoughts exactly - 4000 we be good, 4400 would be better.

It'll be the last cam I need for a while. This isn't my DD it's a street / strip car.

If I wanted to launch the car as hard as possible you're correct, but that's not what I'm concerned about right now, especially with the 10 bolt still in there. The 3600 will definitely get the car moving and do it safely.
