I did new pins on mine... Total Automotive was the name. They sell pins that have threads so you tighten with a nut. You do need to remove both hinges and grind the old pins down until u can drive them out.Originally posted by Formula Z View Postmay i ask where you got these? are they upgrades? my passenger door sags and i was thinking i needed a whole new door???

Now WHAT!!!!
PROJECT COMPLETED!!!
Well for the most part. Wheel alignment and some minor detail work and NSTYHBT will be done!!
I would just like to say "THANK YOU" to you guys and gals who gave us a bundle of information and support during this build. We could not have completed this without you.
The fine Dr Phil did my dyno tune last week and we got 443rwhp. Kinda of what I expected with just some bolt ons. The car runs spirited and should be a blast. (Takes me back to the ol' Vette and GTO days)
One problem is the damn hood. The aftermarket hood I bought apparently wasn't post cured after being layed-up because after having it in the direct sunlight at about 80 degrees, the fiberglass moved and now the hood looks like it has ski ramps in it. I must have post cured it when I had it in the heat!
I will let it do what it wants to do this summer and then try blocking it flat one more time and ship it to my painter pal. My thinking is that it should stay put after it gets a good dose of summer and engine heat.
All-in-all I'm rather pleased how this project came out seeing that a year and half ago we had started with a basket case. This was a cool family project in which we had all learned a few things!!
Here are just a few teaser shots:

Thanks Darren. I was in a hurry and getting ready for the boys graduation party this weekend so when I get some "tasty" shots I will post.
Yes, the plan is to go to Meet & Greet for some time on Saturday with the boys cars also if everything goes as planned.
