Thanks Tom, now I've just got to figure out the annoying little things like my hanging idle...and besides that get the idle damn low so it chops like a butcher or a chinese lady killing a chicken.

Well I figured out how to test the IAC and did so, tested good so far as my "test" shows. Apparently you have to test resistance between the two furthest and the two closest pins in the IAC. Resistance comes up with an open circuit then it's bad, it should be about 60 ohms. (or k ohms? don't remember). Mine tested out good, re-installed it, then went to datalog IAC counts but the line doesn't show up.

can you reset the IAC on an LS1? If so, try that. Eric L

Well IAC's were high so I adjusted the TPS to accommodate and reset the TPS readings in the pcm, verified by the vcm scanner. So I start driving and for a while everything's good, then when I come to a stop the TPS sticks at 12% open? I'm starting to think maybe the TPS is bad, causing my problem, but I'll try unplugging the cc module tomorrow.

Figured out how to log my IAC counts. Looks like I'll be doing some logging on my way home to figure out where they're at.
