Ha, had no idea. I painted that thing the day after I got it. And it was in the winter. It should look sweet after i'm done with it.

I think it had some low spots to say the least.

a lot of blocking later I'm about to prime it.

my spoiler was the same way, hoping that red covers it better than black.

Why not make the best of a slow day at work?

I'm shooting for Thursday or Friday for doing the hatch jamb and tail panel. I'm about to pull off these spoiler. I'm not sure if the spoiler was freshly made when I bought it but it shrunk big time, you can see all the weaves of fiberglass. Ill snap some pictures of it and I'm going to paint it tomorrow.

Edit: I removed the Dakota digital box. My speedo works now but it's all out of wack. Bounces around a lot. Bad vss or in the a4 tune I'm still running?

I drove the car into work today. My brights don't work they don't even click, I must have busted something in the stalk when I removed it.

I extended the new vss pigtail (takes a different sensor & connector than the 700r4) the write up said polarity is relevant that "A" needs to be wired to the purple. My speedo isn't working. I'm 99% positive I did so its either a bad vss sensor, something to do with my Dakota digital box )which I don't think I need anymore) or its in my tune since I'm still running the A4 tune.

Also today I got the exhaust all buttoned up. And interior put back together, just awaiting the C6 knob that should "ship out" tomorrow.

The car sounds and feels like a completely different car. It's so quiet yet sounds amazing when you open it up.

No problem! I have mine wired into the fuse panel, it reads rpm from one of the wires in the pcm harness. I was actually going to post here asking for gauge wiring suggestions, i want to do a cleaner job on my apillar this time around.
