It's getting there! I hope you're planning on taking it to the track because I'm really curious what this thing will run.

Few more pictures I took before hitting up Woodward:
I lovelovelove the Pulleyboys Tensioner Relief Tool:

The engine bay - complete. Too bad the supercharger is coming off...again:

Gotta remember to torque those lugs down...maybe I should just take the tire off...

Also, here's the video I took in-car with my phone during the first startup without a tune. Not the best, but it catches the revs good...

Good job Kyle, that first startup had to be a thrill. To bad about the rattle though but sounds like you have a handle on it.sigpic

Just curious, but do you know what the rattle sound is at this point or where it's coming from i should say?sigpic1994 Camaro Z28 83K M6, CAI, AFR 190cc, 11.6:1, Hooker headers, Hooker ORY, Mangnaflow exhaust, AI 230/238, 1.6 RR, B&M Short throw, Hays clutch, 4.10 gear.

manuals should be launched off the limiter and the throttle shouldn't leave the floor til 10 feet after the finish line

So is that a pretty cheap easy fix? When i was listening to the videos it sounds really bad almost like gears knocking each other, so it just had me curious. But congrats on your car, it's come a long ways!sigpic1994 Camaro Z28 83K M6, CAI, AFR 190cc, 11.6:1, Hooker headers, Hooker ORY, Mangnaflow exhaust, AI 230/238, 1.6 RR, B&M Short throw, Hays clutch, 4.10 gear.

Yeah, thanks for the concern!
Yeah - the cameras kinda accentuate the noise. It's loud, but not that loud.
The part and nearly twice as much sc oil I need (DanO just confirmed that it takes 3.4 oz, not the 6oz everyone thinks - including ZZP) cost me like $50, so yeah, not too expensive.
Pull SC off (so, remove TB and air intake elbow and belt), drain old oil, remove snout, pop off old coupler, put new ZZP coupler on (with a little oil in the holes), Put it back together (RTV gasket - let cure), add 3.4 oz of new SC oil, put drain plug back in, reinstall SC and other stuff, start.
I must say - I'm glad I bought that belt tool...I can get the belt off by myself.

Nice, sounds like you've got it all figured out! And i'm glad it's one of the noises that only cost $50 instead of $500
