          • Well got the cam in, ls7 lifters in, comp cam trunion upgrade done, and the oilpan drilled and tapped and the drain installed. Got the stock valvesprings off but had to order the comp cam ls valvespring tool because the one I had wouldnt even attempt to compress the btr dual valvesprings. So more progress next weekend

You could have borrowed my Crane Cam ls spring compressor

                  • Yeah, but that would have been $100 towards your turbo

On the plus side, you can do some side jobs with it and make your money back

                        • lol now that you said that you will never have it. Everyone else will. I might get rid of mine and get the LSM tool since the crane wont work on all heads

                          • If you West side guys need an LSx tool (or any other tool) just ask. Crank pulley puller, power steering pulley remover/install, 320 grit ball Flex-Hone, spring compressor, etc. Don't have a pushrod length tool yet, but that can be done mathematically 20 ton press in the corner!

                              • Haha, you've asked me that before.

I don't think I have a socket of any sort that big (maybe 54mm) but I don't work on heavy equipment
