Could be worse. You could be on vacation in myrtle beach and it's raining all day on your last day before you leave. Rest of the week has been great, though so I guess I shouldn't complain.
When in doubt, Whip it out !

I'm at Nick D's right now. Got the wife's g8. Decent turn out, not record setting

Nope - but it was a rather nice night since the most we got was a few sprinkles and then it stopped - after we all rolled our windows up. Fair amount of cars out, for the forecast.

I'm home now, so it can feel free to rain.

As of now, Friday is looking damn near perfect - 77 and Partly Cloudy. Assuming that doesn't change, who is all planning on being out on Woodward?

Coolio - they changed the forecast to rain - but it may just be during the afternoon...hopefully.

Heading out to Vinsetta for anniversary dinner in the GTA. We'll see how it is on after dinner. Rain ain't stopping me

                    • Good luck getting in there! Friends of mine were going to Vinsetta last Friday and ended up going to Lockharts because it was an hour and a half wait. Vinsetta is always packed!

Sounds like we'll see ya out there!

                      • I know, it's at about 45 minutes, hope we can get in in the next 30. Parking is the worst part imho.

There's some clouds to the north, but dry and sunny here

                        • You can thank Royal Oak for that - they wouldn't let them build another parking lot.

I'm bringing the Cobalt, in case it does rain, at least it has paint (with wax on it).

                          • I didn't make it back home until 9 PM last night and I was exhausted -- and not in a Kooks or Borla kind of way. I was in bed within an hour.

                            • It ended up just being a few of us. It was just me, my brother and my buddy Don (has the silver GTO with the Holden fascias), and I drove through rain and wet roads to get there, so my car was filthy, and it was downright uncomfortable out - colder (way more than it should be for July) and windy (which was the problem - if there was no wind, it'd have been fine).

After Don took off, my brother and I were getting ready to call it a night around 9 since it was just us, but then Steve and his wife pulled in, and we stayed out until the cops made their rounds and kicked us out around 10:30. The wind seemed to die down around 9:30 as it was, so it was no longer so cold out.
