That's the H3 Alpha pan. I have one, couldn't use it on the 60 Impala because it dropped below the cross member. Would likely be the same with a third gen but can't confirm.

oK. Thanks for trying to stop me guys. I will reject this pan when it shows up and I have a note on the door telling the driver to take it back with him In case he shows up while I am at work. I talked with Jegs about it and that was their solution to try and save me the shipping cost. I am going to wait to order the parts Greg linked till I have some time to actually get something done. I need to get the motor on the stand and inspected. and I need to plastic gauge the bearings. I still don't know weather or not to run it as is, or have the crank polished and the block dipped and install all new bearings and rings after honing. It has also been suggested that I try and run it on the stand to see if its good before my warranty runs out.
Anyone have a header suggestion? I understand that 4th gens wont work. I know there are some pricey swap headers out there I am hoping for a more affordable alternative.
If not headers, how about some stock manifolds? what ones are best to use?

Ok, well, my 4l60 just took a walk on me so now I need a trans. Its official, this build has just become a pain in the ass. (Rant) I cant stand it when people want to renegotiate prices after you express interest, for instance, the $500 engine that became $600.00 after I said I wanted it. " core charge" he said. Or the interior I bought that suddenly didnt come with sail pannels when the ad clearly stated they were part of the package. Damn frustrating. (Rant off)
