no. flat is for the front 2. sqaure is for the rear two.

If you have a square in the front somebody previously ghetto-rigged your shit

Ive got it right, but I think the guy I bought my extensions from assumed I had an OBDI car.

Ill probably just have the rear 02's tuned out since they arnt going to really do anything (no cats).

Ill just pull the PCM and send it out and have it done. Just pay the 200 bucks and be done with it. its going to do more than "turn a light off"

What really sucks, my traction control appears to be broken now

That's a good thing - as long as we're talking broken as in won't ever turn on

I LOVE my TC. One of the best things about my car. Keeps me mindful of how I should be driving and with the push of a button I can do what I want.

                    • I had my computer traction control (torque management of sorts) tuned out (never had traction control to begin with). And I don't have ABS.

I agree with Fred, for sure!

its probably just a dry-rotted wire somewhere that got severed during the numerous times we had to shove that thing out of the way.

                        • Figured I would update this massive thread.

Got a plate and insurance on the car this morning. Took the car to get the exhaust delt with.

Almost all the rattles are gone. Still some kind of a noise coming from the rear exhaust but we can deal with that.

Car runs pretty good. My opti likes to be good and warm before it wants to do what opti's do. I see a new one in the future.

Headers make the car sounds soooo much better. Around 2500 RPM it gets pretty loud but is pretty quiet at cruising RPM. From where I am at right now the headers were the perfect purchase. Couldn't be happier with them. I havn't launched the car yet, but so far the headers dont hit the K member at all. I dont think the car is LS1 fast at all but its a much healthier feeling car than it was last year.

Clutch is damn near perfect. No chatter, no noises, pedal is decent, and it appears to hold all the power my car makes. Perfection Clutch FTW.
I also love the iron flywheel, like I said before there is zero chatter.

So far everything I did is doing exactly what I want. The larger wheels and tires have exposed some kind of a steering issue. Lots of play in the steering and the car wanders all over the road. Leather seats didnt hurt my back at all today, put 93 miles on the car.

So to recap...lots of winning going on with my fbody. In exactly one year....it has came a LONG way.
