i agree it is a better piece. But right now I just want a car that doesnt look like it has 12 unfinished projects, so this is the easy button. The length of my todo list for this car was starting to give me anxiety

What all is needed to swap to the ls1 cousole? I have been wanting to do that too. I think its much more of a quality piece then the lt1's. And, it has a usable cupholder

As far as I know all you need is the upper center console of 97+ car and simply swap pieces. But you might have to swap the entire console if you're going from 96 and older to a 97 and newer. I'm not sure.

Need the entire thing for a camaro. But in my case you also have to figure out something to fill the gap. I was going to do a gauge pod but i dont need that many gauges. My pillar pod is enough. BTW Michael i changed my mind, going to stick with the dual pod i have and just have you work your magic on it.

Gauges in that location would be an awesome touch, and im glad i dont need any modifications. hail the 97+ interior. lol
