This is good - or else Joel would probably be forfeiting his parking spot in the garage when the car doesn't clear the hoist

      • Just ordered the racetronix fuel pump kit and new founders LCAs - Michael I'll swap those out as soon as they get here if you want my old ones.

Also looking for help with the passenger window regulator and creating a shopping list for re-doing the fuel lines. Darren/BigJon/Ty/Waskin? I'll make it worth your time if you guys can help!

edit: and my school projects are officially done... more time to wrench!

                  • Nothing has been decided. I've never done a project like this before, thats why i was hoping someone could help figure out what i need. Was probably going to go with -6 but still need to figure out all the other necessary hardware. Fuel pump will be an in tank racetronix configuration.

JoelI know your not running a sumped set up but these are some good guidelines and rules to follow for plumbing aftermarket an lines... Hope this helps... This is exactly how mine is plumbed.

this is what mine is like, except i have -12 from my sump to the pre filter. you can save some lines and fittings by just putting your pre and post filters right to the pump.

                          • Can't remember if I asked you about this before... do you plan to keep the factory fuel filter and the line between the pump and the filter? Or do you plan to put a -AN fitting right in the bulkhead of the sender assembly? If you kept that factory and just relocated the factory filter, I'm pretty sure you can just buy a fitting that will go right onto the end of the factory filter which will really simplify what you need to buy. Are you running -AN all the way up into the engine bay too? You could potentially do the same thing at the front and keep the factory hard lines, only using the braided down the center of the car where it's necessary to avoid your exhaust.

I plan to put an AN fitting right on the sender, and one direct to the fuel filter like you are saying and i will be running it all the way to the fuel rail on the side of the car. Going up the middle at all would be a tough fit, i just want them out of the way so i dont have to worry. I might even move the brake line too.
