Basically just removing the lines and disconnecting the pump. Takes no more than 30min.
If you plan on doing this before your LT's then you will need block off plates. Pump is connected by 4 bolts I believe. I had a hard time with one bolt.
And a plug for your manifold.Last edited by BP_Z28; April 11th, 2013, 10:34 AM.

If you are doing it when you install your LT's then you will only need 1 block off and that is for the intake.Originally posted by riderman329 View Posti'm doing it at the same time as install. so i just need the EGR intake and manifold block offs?
You will not need manifold block off since you have race headers. I believe the size for intake is 1 3/8, which you want a freeze plug.Last edited by BP_Z28; April 11th, 2013, 10:48 AM.

Not that this is incredibly detailed, but may fill in a couple gaps:

Why did I say freeze plug. Go to sleep rolando
Yea the plug should be couple dollars at most.
Why not just get an ls6 intake or better
