split the LT1 and the T56 today, dropped the trans off to get it's converted over to a LS-T56. LT still had the stock clutch on it lol.

both LT and LS engine harnesses are at a friends house and that ball of excitement begins.

nope, keeping it stock and cheap to replace lol. i wanted to get a cam in it but the budget didn't allow it with the wedding last month.

my buddy was going to find a s10 to put it into, but now he's talking about selling it to put the money towards other unfinished products.

painted the engine bay today. also pulled some more parts off the LT1, i've decided that that is going to be for sale so if anyone needs one PM me, 101k mikes and ran very strong. comes with the ecu. also have a k member and steering rack.

did you just rattle-can the engine bay? What did you pull out of it, rather than masking off?

yes just a couple cans of semi-gloss black paint. i didn't take anything out that wasn't out for the swap, just cleaned it and taped off the stuff you see in the first pic. it's no show car so i wasn't looking for perfection.
