  • not all of it is ours but I was a bit overwhelmed when they came to measure, the lines sure pile up quickly.

Then we still have to remeasure for the return as we changed the location on the tank and also have the feed line from the tank to the pump done up as well.
        I want

Everything is coming along nicely. Can you have the tank and fuel pump mounted when we come to remeasure?

          • Yep that is my plan I just emailed Dave regarding that, as soon as I can get somebody to weld this bung in the tank it can be back in the car in 5 mins.

Yes I did, and I recall something like this.

"hmmm this stuff even takes off the factory undercoating, so now do I spend more time stripping it all down to bare metal or just clean it well and paint over it"

Bung has been welded on the tank, time to mount it back in the car and drill a few holes for the pump.

              • sorry to everyone paying attention here, progress has been very slow/non-existent but this stuff looks pretty.

don't remind me lol I don't really love the location but its gotta be lower than the tank (function>looks) and I don't have too many options, the rubber isolaters def make it lower yet.

Ryans are in the same location. Hasn't had a problem so far. Plus the picture makes it look a lot lower than it actually is. Not sure what other options we would have. Like Jeffery said its suppose to be below the tank. =\

                        • I appreciate it Brent, but no worries about finishing it looks a lot more like a project that will carry over to next year. I will say you will probably be disappointed by my next move as I can't have that red pump sticking out like such a sore thumb it bothers me. I was thinking of possibly using some black vinyl to cover it up or dare I say...... plasti-dip
