This sucks tho, James what type of spacer where you talking about? I was just going to go ahead and order a new motor and fan wheel.

I made one out of billet aluminum, but you could make one out of fiberglass fairly easy. I'll see if I can dig it out of my stockpile and take a pic if you want to see what it looks like.

Yeah that would be great if you could. Did you make a spacer for the delete box to the fire wall or from the fan wheel/blow motor to the delete box?

EDIT: I guess it would only make real logical sense to do it from the blower to the box and not the box to the firewall...

What would you guys do about the wiring harness? Now that I am deleting AC and SMOG and AIR I have all these connectors that I dont need anymore. Would you guys just cut the harness up?

jons way of cutting stuff was actually harder than unplugging stuff. the 85 we just ziptied all the unused wires up under the dash or hid them in the engine compartment so that we werent hacking up the wires

You picked up on whose advice it was to cut them then! I dont know if I can zip tie them out of the way in the engine bay tho, its going to still be noticeable. mhm not sure what to do about that yet. I got all winter to figure it out, and to see how much stuff I can end up deleting.

I wouldn't just cut them off, I am sure someo of the wires still see power and you don't need to see your car burn up.

Anytime I would delete something from the car, I would unpin the harness and save the wires with connectors in tact. That way 15 years later when you want to put A/C back in the car it's easy

I DO! My kids are 8 & 10 now and They Love it! They have been riding in my camaro since the day they came home from the hospital.
