  • A little plug for TJ you can see some more of his work earlier in this thread and I hope for more to be shown soon as well. I also hope to get out with him a few more times this year too.

But he is for sure talented. Took these last night on the spur of the moment and before getting caught in the rain. He was playing around with them late last night quickly. I think they are sweet. More to come I hope.

        Good looking shots D....

I like the way he waited for the A-pillar to hide your mug before taking the shot

Maybe he could cut down on that glare off your dome too?

          • That second shot is really cool. If the poll/post was edited out that would be a killer photo.

            • So.... whats next? What do I do to prevent me from sticking this car up on Craigslist, or at the end of my drive way with a for sale sign in it?

I have thought about pulling the engine and putting something more drastic in the car (no not anything LS) but why? The car runs and drives great the way it is... My only current gripe about the car is the accessory system, the brackets and the annoying squeaks I get from my alternator. But I have yet been able to find a solution to this.

I have driven the car A LOT recently with no issues, gets in starts right up (sometimes takes a second as some of you know) runs great and put her back in the garage, the tune isnt perfect but its good enough and it runs very strong.

What do I do? Park it in the back garage or on the side and find a new project and hold on to it? Sell it and fund a few different toys and projects?

Essentially yes, I mean there is not much left to do to this car that I desire to do (some again), I mean I love getting in it driving it and I do enjoy it, I get compliments every time I take it out it seems. There's just some things about it that aggravate me every time I drive it as well. I like to wrench and have something to do, hence why I have a Ford T-Bird sitting in my driveway now.

Not sure. But this car has essentially turned into a weekend car if that (when house projects arent happening and I dont need the space) or a car I drive for maybe two times a week to the store or a buddies house. It is the little things that are getting to me now about it.

That side of the coin is hard as well, for one it would take the right buyer a special one at that. No heat, No AC, no longer fuel injected and currently no wipers either (can be added back easily). The car is highly modified from stock and would take someone knowing what they are getting into. For example if they needed to change the brake pads they would need to remember that the brakes are from a LS car. The second part of that is the work and time spent with friends building the car. Jon practically lived at my house and his grandmas working on this car with me in the beginning stages and now I don't see him all that often so it is sentimental, as well as the countless hours of help and advice from my good friend Brian as well.

Maybe just let it sit in the garage for a while and save up for the next toy (non f-body).

I would have picked that car up if I knew it was available and a option in a heart beat. But one thirdgen is enough for me, I really want to get into something different.
