Just read through the entire thread-

Great work!!!! I like the "signature" things you have done to make this car different from the rest especially.

    My favorite body style too!!!

I did new pins on mine... Total Automotive was the name. They sell pins that have threads so you tighten with a nut. You do need to remove both hinges and grind the old pins down until u can drive them out.

Seems like it was cheaper when I bought them in 09

You will have to remove your wheelhouse liner and possibly your fender to access the hinge bolts that mount to lower A pillar (body). Loosen them and and lift the door as much as you can (I placed a padded floor jack under my most rearward edge of the door to keep it steady) then retighten bolts.

If that doesn't work then you may have to either open the hinge hole more or place a shim between the lower hinge and door to create the lift. You will have to see what works best in your situation.

    Hope this helps..

Surprising as it is, my drivers door is almost perfect. But the passenger door is getting quite bad. 10 times as bad as the drivers.

Yea Mike, seeing that I could not find replacement hinges or bushings, I had a good friend of mine help me out and he fabbed a new pin and bushing for my existing hinge assembly.

My doors sagged terribily and this corrected the problem. I'm surprised to hear that your passenger door sags and not the most used door, the drivers side.

If I were you, I would overcorrect and adjust the door hinges higher than normal and that should help. My drivers side was so bad that I did not have enough adjustment in the hinges without opening the holes further.

There should be plenty of room for that part of the door. If its sagging enough to hit that part he's got bigger issues.
