                • Well to add to the jock punch of missing HRPT, VSpeed says end of May for the intake / tbody completion.....MAYBE!! ARE YOU SHITTING ME?!?!? Okay, I'm better....probably need a little CC....it is Friday

Getting into game mode so in the meantime I need to finish everything around the motor so all I'll have to do is drop in the cradle plug a few harnesses and haul ass to Virginia for final system check. Big ticket items on the list still include fuel and clutch....and whatever is left on the balance with them . Custom shit like one-off powder coated C5R valve covers is not helping the balance situation

New 9" will be headed in place next weekend.

Front end will be assembled and ready for the new bullet.

Front tires will be here Monday...will finally get the wheels introduced to some rubber and it will match!! (sorry Fred!)

Exhaust will be here in another week or so....not that it will do me any good, lol...but it will be here.

Still tweaking the "bling" thing. Bunch of goodies out there headed this way in the next couple weeks...pretty cool stuff too! Starting to get out of hand actually! Decals, chrome, hydro, powder, stainless and little more paint....

                  • what are you doing for fuel? I assume a single pump is out of the question unless its an external A1000, dual in-tank walbros are $1500 WTF!!!!! shit is stupid expensive and I'm glad I'm not at that point yet.

                    • Not sure yet Jeff. Dont want some crazy loud external pump, dont like the idea of twin pumps running off an RPM switch...one more thing to go wrong, so I'm still shopping. The new A340 pump MIGHT be close, but waiting for confirmation of ability with the horsepower numbers expected. And yes, its stupid expensive...

                        • intank a1000.
you can do twin intanks for way less than the crazy price that nasty wants

                          • new A340 won't support what you need, I 've looked into it as I am going to buy one here very soon. I wouldn't trust one over 700rwhp. I don't want a loud pump either and maybe Larry needs to let us in on the cheapest dual in-tank route

                            • I've spoke with Lonnie about his twin pump combo and it sounds nice, but don't trust or like the RPM switch deal. I dunno...just me I guess. He wants a $1000 just for new fuel lines!!! WTF?!?!

                              Larry....I'm listening

                              • On another note....projects like this usually require some help from somebody, somewhere. If you're lucky (no pun intended ) a buddy or two with tools, time and/or resources come to your aid to lend a hand. Fred (LuckySOB) apparently has plenty of free time and offered some assistance. I had a few ideas on what I wanted done and he took it and ran with it....THANKS BRO!!!

Few aluminum brakets I didn't care for that could use some clean-up. Fred bead blasted them clean, ground down casting marks and cleared them. The clear darkened them a little too much, so they go to powder coat next week. Tons of pics but a few here to get the idea.

Didn't like the car height up front with my Eibach Pro's soooooooo.....CHOP!

Picked up a BeCool radiator a few weeks ago. Obviously with it being aluminum and given the rest of the "theme" under the hood, it was subject to an adjustment!

                                BLING!!!

                                Thanks again buddy!
