    • There is a guy that used to work at Katech who is attempting to re manufacture these.

This will come directly from Kinsler.... It will still require a small adapter plate for the heads, but this is the new direction. That is until the next problem arises....

Going to talk with them about it....and compared to the mess I would have had on my hands prior to this, filters is the least of my worries. Probably stick with the what you see below for now....

            • I have always loved those intake setups.
I know you said that with the huge single throttle body that it would be a paint to tune for the street b/c it was basically idle or WOT, so are they going to try like a progressive throttle set-up with these?

thats not correct at all, you can't over TB a car like you can over carb it. His issue was the tuning required to convert it to an electronic TB.

                • Oh, I though he had an issue with how big it needed to be for the engine.

                          • Sweet, not digging the CF though.... Is that the only way it comes? I mean the intake alone looks cool in CF, but with the valve covers it's too much for me... I forget, what do you have for covers?

The inlet horns come CF. Valve covers....you may not believe this....are custom, shocked? Come to find out that NO ONE makes a valve cover to fit these heads and clear the rockers.
