Was planning on a local install...but $$$ is a little snug thanks to the Kinsler add So now it might be me and a few volunteers and good 'ol fashion knuckle bustin. Will probably run it with data from the engine dyno for now and take it back down for a final tune, bugs, etc in September. Too many balls in the air at the minute. I have a meeting Friday night that could change a few things for the project financially but we'll see....

                • I really should be left alone.....

Replacing ALL the loom with braided nylon. Will have some finished pics when my "special" tape arrives to clean up the junction points. Driver side harness has been resleeved, but pics dont do it justice at the minute...REALLY cool stuff I found. Durable, temp rating is high (up to 446deg melt!), easy to work with, a great upgrade!

                      • OK....against my prinipal's because this shit takes time to find, so consider it a Mifbody exclusive! Hot knife is the way to go, but sharp scissors and a little fire melts the cut ends nicely. Geezus, you wont see half of these things, but in my crazy head it makes me feel better!

Tape is nothing more than a self fusing-silicone tape. MUCH nicer than electrical. Can pick up a roll on Amazon for $10.

She has a color scheme that she's always wanted and I have the mechanical 'upgrades' picked out. She said, "and who would this car be for again?". Def wont happen this year, but next year might be a possibility. Fun to talk about anyway....
