            From what I can tell.
            I have a few wires that I have to hook up when I get it in the car but that is it.

                    I think this is a reliability issue, and the ability to better tune his engine. So there would be some gain depends on how close the tune is now to how much he may pick up. This is my understanding of this mod. also over comes the handy cap of the 93 PCM. 95,96,97's are better than 93,94's. But LS1 pcm gives you a lot more tuning capability.

                        I would expect some substantial gains from his car with this swap I believe a lot is left on the table with his combo based on the dyno numbers in his sig.

                          93 was the last year of the chip. 1994 was the first year of flashable prom, 1995 was OBD1 with a OBD 2 connector, and 96-97 was OBD 2. Lol, this will seperate the men from the boys Kyle. Wether or not your car is slow because you suck, or because of the crappy computer, lol. Just bustin your balls Kyle, I still love ya, lol.                             Ya 93 was a bastard year so I bought a 95 Harness and re-pined it into the LS1 PCM.

                            Don't look like I'm going to get the car home till Sunday
