  • Really amazing how the int color changes the car. I felt like I got a new car when I did my swap.

    • Is that stock ebony carpet or aftermarket? I'm really thinking about buying black carpet from stockinteriors.com (where I got my dark red carpet I have now)

It already feels like one. I can't wait to drive it come spring

        • Huge improvement. Black was the only color they should have ever offered these interiors in.

Agreed! Picking up some charcoal belts and buckles today. Possibly some more pillars too depending on what he has.

              • Just about done with the interior swap.

New belt, looks gray with flash.

Hatch carpet was one of the biggest improvements. My was pretty worn.

All that is really left is figuring out what I want to do with the seats. I don't want to spend an arm and leg for a set. I think my best bet will be to get mine recovered.

                  • I have sat in them at Camaro superfest. Seemed nice and comfy. I'm not sure about a long trip, but I like them. I plan on buying me a set eventually.

                    • It says Universal sliders. I am assuming though they fit right into our cars cause its 6LE? If so I will totally set my stock leather seats and put these in as I have a roll cage to install I need a place to put the shoulder straps through.

Pretty sure. I mean they wont be power any more but my drivers seat is junk. It states they will fit into 95% of vehicles. curious how high or low they are compared to stockers.

                        • Power Seats are lame and take to long to adjust.

I tried to shoot him an email asking how high they sit compared to stockers, and if you have to drill the universal sliders to fit the factory bolts. It say I had invalid characters in the email and erased it. So I didn't feel like typing it again. Haha.

On a side note. How easy is it to remove the interior panels? I need to pull my carpet up around the sides so I can pull my cage in sometime.

Simple as can be. I could do it with my eyes closed. I had pretty much the entire interior swapped (not including dash) by myself in around 3 hours. Door panels, center counsle, seats, etc.
